2023-2024 Volkswagen Mexico Plant New Paintshop - PT & EC Piping

Manufacturing of piping systems for PT & EC lines for Volkswagen’s new paintshop in Mexico-Puebla plant was executed successfully by BAZTAŞ. Acting as a subcontractor to Dürr Germany, the global leader in paint shop industry. 25,000 inches of welding completed and 30 tons of stainless steel pipes and fittings processed. Our scope of work included both the fabrication of the piping systems and the provision of supervisory services during the installation phase. The project began in October 2023 and was completed in May 2024.
